Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been happening for you, what you’d like support with, and what you hope to change. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.
My role is to help you feel safe, supported, and understood — and to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Individual Counselling — $120 for 50 minutes Your session includes a calm, supportive space to explore what’s happening for you, personalised therapeutic support, and practical tools you can use between sessions.
