About me
Hi there! I’m Kat—a registered counsellor with a wealth of experience in education, entrepreneurship, and a whole lot of life experience. I’m especially passionate about women's mental health and supporting them through all the twists and turns life throws our way. From running a support group for women in business to volunteering with a local organisation helping women through tough times, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful connection and compassion can be.
I care deeply about women’s rights, independence, recovery, and empowerment—and I’m here to offer a warm, welcoming space where you can talk things through, find your voice, and build the kind of resilience that helps you thrive. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, motherhood, or just figuring out your next step, I’m excited to walk alongside you on this journey of growth and self-discovery.

My qualifications

My qualifications? Well, let’s just say life has been my greatest classroom. I’ve mastered the art of being a working mum (which comes with a PhD in multitasking), a cook (specialising in whatever’s left in the fridge), a taxi driver (with expert knowledge of school runs and soccer practice), a nurse (armed with Band-Aids and ice packs), a butler (to children who believe I exist solely to serve snacks) and the friend who always lends a keen ear and a shoulder to cry on.
And for the formal stuff: I hold a Diploma of Counselling and a Masters in International Relations. I lived in 3 countries and used to run two businesses. I also have a red belt in karate. So whether you need empathy, wisdom, or just someone who understands the chaos and challenges of everyday life, I’ve got you covered.
